Metaphernskepsis im Deutschunterricht
Abstract
The didactic potential of metaphors for learning processes in the sections literature, language reflection and imagination is not used in its full extent. Three reasons block the way to the metaphor: first the convention to reduce the metaphor to a rhetorical figure, second the school politics, that substitute education with learning ability training, and third several pupils’ limited concept of literature. Who wants to support the position of metaphors, has to find his way around these three doorkeepers.
