Abstract

The article sheds light on the theoretical foundations of a digital teacher training course on the topic of "digital storytelling in the context of sustainability". Narrative approaches in a culture of digitality are explained from both a journalistic and pedagogical perspective in their multimedia nature. It discusses the transformative role in emancipatory educational processes and their potential to deal with complexity and uncertainty of the climate crisis within the classroom.
